At Alcone Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your preferred shipping label and drop the package off at a local carrier facility; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for security.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
